Operations Support
Not fixing what's broken — that's Temple Restoration. This is the ongoing operational presence that keeps things from breaking in the first place. Workflow execution, deadline management, administrative operations, and the day-to-day systems work your organization depends on but no one has time to own.
Day-to-Day Operations
Regular operational presence for organizations that need someone actively managing the systems infrastructure — not reactively, but consistently.
Administrative Operations
Sustained executive assistant and front desk coverage for any organization — not just compliance-heavy ones. Ongoing and consistent, not project-based.
Executive and operational support led by Imani is billed at $85/hour. Virtual front desk and administrative coverage through Persephone is billed at $55/hour. Both are available on retainer. Hours, scope, and coverage windows confirmed at intake.
Community Programming
Community programming development as a one-time deliverable is available through Temple Rising. Keep is for the ongoing version — iterating, maintaining, and evolving programming over time as your community and your organization develop.
Program Maintenance
For organizations running workshops, residencies, cohort programs, or community events that need ongoing design, documentation, and refinement.
Community Building
Sustaining and activating the relationships your organization depends on. Initial partnership mapping and outreach setup is a Temple Rising service — Keep is where those relationships get tended.
Community programming and partnership engagements are structured as monthly retainers. Scope, frequency, and deliverable expectations are confirmed at intake. Minimum engagement is one quarter. Retainer terms are renewed in writing.
Research to Deliverables
The one-time version — initial research frameworks, single deliverables, launch documents — is a Temple Rising offering. Keep is for organizations that need research to be a recurring function: consistent inquiry, regular output, and documents that stay current as conditions change.
Recurring Research
For organizations that need research to be a function, not a one-time event. We conduct, synthesize, and translate research into actionable documents on a defined cadence.
Translation & Synthesis
We don't just gather research — we turn it into documents your organization can actually use. Reports, proposals, briefings, position documents, grant narratives, and partner-facing materials produced on a sustained basis.
